A foul wind from the southern regions has been blowing about our house as of late. A warm, pungent waft.

Yes, I am talking about the farts. I got it bad. My wife too. The poor children!

The reason is we grow our own vegetables and just had to eat a bunch of jordskokk. Internet tells me they're called Jerusalem artichokes in english? Sounds kinda crazy.

Anyways, they're DELICIOUS baked in the oven with some oil, salt and pepper, in a soup, oooh or sliced fine and baked with a cream sauce.

So good and easy to grow, but gods do they make you fart. It's the fartiest veggie there is, I'm sure.

drumsticks and chicken thighs infused with olive oil, vinegar, and green tabasco and painted with bbq sauce

it's enough food for my wife and me for a week

we have a lot of vegetable juice and coconut water to balance out all that meat

you know you can buy those spices fresh and put them in your rice

and with fresh ginger it's easy to make tea

i think with those things you're largely paying for the label and not the nutrition

too much hassle for me, them shots were convenient. I might do another round of 4 shots each day for like 4-5 days. The problem is they cost a decent amount. I have been taking Turemirc pills since that post I made but that juice just feels healthier.

yeah, spreading them out seems smarter. I take the pills now too so I may hold off on buying the juice shots. I agree that gumbo soup with some hot sauce and corn is bonkers.

I rarely eat shit food but today I had a double Aberdeen Angus burger and a chicken burger and fries.

Really enjoyed it.

Every two weeks or so I'll have a bit of fast food.

So I'm diabetic and had a low after a long day of canvassing and not eating much.

I ended up taking four sugar tablets and did like a cheat day thing by eating mickey Ds mostly because it was close and I needed an influx of sugar to help balance how I was feeling. I tried out the Grimace meal so I could get the purple milkshake. What a waste of an opportunity. I have no idea why they didn't go with a Ube flavor instead of the purple mess they came up with. I do like it though. Some people think it tastes like robotussin
