The movie is absolutely insane. You start watching and think, "God, why am I watching this...", but for some reason, you keep watching.

Demi Moore is definitely on fire, no wonder she got a Golden Globe. Margaret Qualley is also great. Dennis Quaid is just magnificent. As for the ending of the movie, all I can say is that the creators lost their sense of proportion. They could have come up with something more decent.

hello Chris1 this movie sounds awesome been wanting to watch it!

why chris one and not chris zero or chris?  cool name regardless welcome to our humble home

Black Bag. I thought it was pretty average but better than the last movie I saw (that Deadpool rubbish that was put out around Dec/Jan). The block of chocolate I snuck into the cinema was good though.

On a side note, I am not sure how cinemas stay open since the only other people there at this screening were a couple of pensioners (4pm screening). Even screenings later at night (~8:30pm) at this particular cinema haven't had a huge crowd.

Booo Deadpool slander is uncalled for.

I saw Sinners at the first showing and it was well worth it. There is a scene in the movie that I wish I was high for because it's so trippy. I feel like there was a slow build to the third act but it was well worth the wait.

:5stars:

I also like the fact that Ryan Coogler decided to give the movie two after credit scenes. So if you see it in theaters stick around for both.

I was this cool the whole time.

Nah 100% behind that call. Sorry.

I like X-Men/Wolverine type stuff on average, but that movie Deadpool/Wolverine crossover effort nearly sent me to sleep lol. I also still struggle to comprehend how Ryan Reynolds is as big of a star as he is. Its a mystery.

The only good Deadpool was the first one

G20

interesting movie

i liked it though

first movie ever watched by myself since 2016 lol i was influenced to watch though but thats okay

For the first time since it was released...Sgt. Peppers with Frampton and Bee Gees.

There is something fun about rock movies from this era. Rock n Roll High School, Roadie, Heavy Metal, American Pop and I'm sure there are others. We would see these as part of a double feature at the drive-ins with Cheech and Chong movies.

It may not be broken but it sure is bent

The Devil's Hand (1961)

:2.5stars:

Low-budget B&W horror flick about a cult in Los Angeles that worships a Devil God called "Gamba" and a hapless man who gets brought into the cult by a mysterious woman. A bit of the supernatural, a bit of voodoo, a bit of sex, a bit of betrayal. Mildly amusing movie but it could've been better in the right hands. As is often the case with these types of flicks, the poster is the best thing about it.

Been rewatching mostly old classics during the Halloween season. The most current movie so far has been Dr. Sleep as I read the director's cut version was a big improvement on the theatrical release. I'm unsure what the changes are, but I think they include a lot more screen time for Rebecca Ferguson who is kinda hot in that movie, despite looking like she sings in 4 Non Blondes.

Oh, and I saw Weapons which was very good!
