Neighbors loud next door all night. They just dragged a dude out of the apartment next door and he couldn't even walk and they are thinking he was driving home in a snowstorm
Why do people go to other places to get shit-face blackout drunk? just asking for a DUI

The cops showed up here with the fire department and ambulance for the drunk guy. What horrible friends my neighbors are, maybe I don't know the whole story of why they dragged out the building when he couldn't even stand up. Into the cold, into his car to freeze. Well, the cops and fire department got him a blanket and into an ambulance. I decided to stay up because they were partying and turned to yelling before they dragged the dude outside into the cold.
