Sleep - Sleep's Holy Mountain

Rock Opera looks good to me for the next battle.

So many great albums in that list. It's going to be tough voting albums off.

I wanted soft rock but looks like it's leaning more towards rock opera.

I was this cool the whole time.

I see. Okay then, confirming that Rock Opera is up next, with the following list of albums:
Quote1. Pink Floyd - The Wall
2. Jeff Wayne - Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds
3. The Who - Quadrophenia
4. David Bowie - The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars
5. Genesis - The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway
6. Rush - 2112
7. Meat Loaf - Bat Out of Hell
8. Alice Cooper - Welcome to My Nightmare
9. The Pretty Things - S. F. Sorrow
10. Frank Zappa - Joe's Garage Act I

Also, since nominations are still open for the wild card list I figure I might might as well nominate a couple more albums I've been thinking about, bringing the next list (#2) to 9 filled up slots out of 10:

Wild Card #2 (current list)
1. The Beatles - Revolver
2. George Harrison - All Things Must Pass
3. The Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers
4. The Chameleons - Script of the Bridge
5. David Bowie - Station to Station
6. Rush - Moving Pictures
7. Depeche Mode - Music for the Masses
8. Radiohead - In Rainbows
9. Popol Vuh - Letzte Tage - Letzte Nächte
10. -

If we have at least one more nomination before the end of the next battle, we can do this wild card round directly after Rock Opera if you like, but since nominations have been moving sort of slowly lately I think I'll reduce the number of total Wild Card battles from 4 to 3, since I doubt the fourth one will be necessary in any case and we already have enough to get through as it is.

Announcing the results of Stoner Rock a bit later today, stay tuned!

The results are in: The winner is Sleep's Holy Mountain!

Now that some battles have gone by since we last had a revival battle I feel like it might be good to temporarily open up for nominating albums for revival again. However, for now I'm gonna limit it to 1 album per person since I don't want to start filling up the fourth (and last) revival list just yet, so we'll focus on making Revival Battl3 #3 complete for now. Here are the albums nominated thus far:

1. Built to Spill - Perfect From Now On
2. The Beatles - Rubber Soul
3. David Bowie - Low

5. Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin IV
6. The Doors - The Doors
7. Little Richard - Here's Little Richard
8. The Beat - I Just Can't Stop It
