I'd prefer post punk as I've heard all but 2 of those albums and for jam rock i've heard literally zero.  :P

What if we just replaced oxygen with swag?

Nice list! Those are all iconic fusion albums, but I get why you'd trim them "Heavy Weather" is essential but maybe overplayed, "Devotion" is raw but less polished, Elegant Gypsy" flashy but niche, and "Third" is brilliant but an acquired taste. Curious to see your final R&B/Soul picks!

I think you might be looking at the wrong page there buddy. R&B/Soul was nearly two years ago

Depeche Mode is out. Time for the final round is now!

Final Round

1. The Beatles - Revolver
5. David Bowie - Station to Station

Vote 1 off by May 3.

The Beatles - Revolver

What if we just replaced oxygen with swag?

If I had to choose 1 Beatles album as my favorite, as difficult as that would be, I'd choose 'Revolver.'

And if I had to choose 1 Bowie album as my favorite, as difficult as that would be, I'd choose 'Station to Station.'

This one comes down to a coin toss...

David Bowie - Station to Station

The results are in! We finish on a tied up final round, but as usual the voting record from previous rounds becomes our means of breaking the tie. As you have no doubt surmised this means the winner is David Bowie's Station to Station!

Results

10. George Harrison - All Things Must Pass
9. The Chameleons - Script of the Bridge
8. Popol Vuh - Letzte Tage - Letzte Nächte
7. The Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers
6. Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine
5. Radiohead - In Rainbows
4. Rush - Moving Pictures
3. Depeche Mode - Music for the Masses
2. The Beatles - Revolver
1. David Bowie - Station to Station

As a result of this, Jam Rock is now on its third strike and will be moved to the "Canceled Battles" on the first page. This means that the Post-Punk genre will be our last ordinary battle in the game! The second part of my announcement is therefore that nominations for revival are now OPEN once again.
