Been getting into sewing and embroidery lately this is my latest creation

this activity has been a really rewarding one to learn, really feels connected to my humanity and learning a skill that has left us with fast fashion etc. patience delayed gratification, feel there's magic in this connection, a special energy.  every breath is a stitch and hours upon hours go into this that we take for granted daily having our clothing provided by extractionist sources.  I look forward to upping my alternative fashion closet more and more as I get better at it

I have a whole trunk full of everything one could want for an embroidery hobby that I haven't touched. I thought about selling it all, but I think the mood still might hit me someday. I love stocking up for a hobby and then never actually doing it.
