QuoteAuthorities in South Carolina on Thursday warned residents to lock their doors and windows after more than 40 monkeys escaped from a research facility. As of Friday morning, the fugitive monkeys still had not been captured, the CEO of the research facility told CBS News.

The 43 primates broke loose from an Alpha Genesis facility in Beaufort County, prompting officials to set up traps and use thermal imaging cameras in an effort to locate and capture the monkeys, the Yemassee Police Department said. In an update posted to social media late Thursday, police said the primates had been spotted in a wooded region near the facility and urged residents to steer clear of the animals.

I was this cool the whole time.

Regardless of what's going on in the Middle East right now and who is at fault, there is definitely an increase in antisemitism and anti Jewish hatred. It's becoming acceptable. People will say "we don't hate Jews just Israel" but that is bollocks. Some of the things being said go way past criticising the state of Israel. Shit like Jews always playing the victim.

I'm surprised what happened last night in Amersterdam hasn't been mentioned in here yet. Also laughable how football hooliganism is now being justified.

Only God knows.

^I agree that in other circumstances this would have been reported as hooliganism, but in this in case it not being treated as such. That is definitely a point to consider.

Why not?

Ajax vs Maccabi Tel Aviv

Traveling fans start trouble, rival fans (and others) respond.

Is it just because of politics?

Only God knows.

Probably a whole host of things including the newspapers not wanting to have their advertising revenue slashed overnight. So they have to report this as a sporadic incident.

'Hooliganism' is a term widely reported by the tabloids. But it's lazy reporting.

Am I close, JJ?

I feel like anti Semitic attacks and stuff get reported on so much but what you rarely hear about is the anti Muslim attacks that have ramped up and have been happening from zionists.

I was this cool the whole time.

I don't know mate. Just seems like it's not being called what it is, after all it wouldn't have happened were it not for this football match and there are plenty of examples of politically driven and bigoted fan trouble that gets referred to as hooliganism. Look at the Old Firm for one.

And I suppose my other point was people feeling justified in attacking Jews and the speech I'm seeing. People are using 'zionist' and 'Israel' as proxies for 'Jew'. Not all, but many people definitely are. I've seen plenty of 'Jews are always playing the victim' and shit like that. Israel's cuntery in Palestine doesn't mean that this sort of thing should go unchallenged or be accepted?

Only God knows.

So I found out the context behind this story and those douchebags were ripping down Palestinian flags and when they got their ass kicked they wanna turn around and play victim after the fact. Also Biden condemned the attack against them but not their shit behavior before hand.

It's so annoying and sounds about white that Biden's social media team would tweet something like that.

I was this cool the whole time.

Mad that I have to say this but it's not justified to stamp on people's heads because they pulled flags down or said some extremely offensive shit. Doesn't matter what their home country has done, it doesn't justify it.

Only God knows.
