Oh my! I had just emailed them earlier this week inquiring about whether my latest video installation constitutes Fair Use. I got a reply from the hijacker who hacked their domain. I resent the letter a few days later hoping they were back up and running. But I just tried to hit their main page and there's an out-of-service message up. I've been watching their Wikipedia entry for news about the hack.
