That's why there is the running joke about the British stealing spices from every country they conquered and not using it in their own food.

I have lived here for 35 years mate. I think I know a bit more about it than people on twitter recycling the same shit jokes.

Have you ever heard of rosemary? Thyme? Parsley? Chives? Sage? Mint? Bay? Garlic? They are all seasonings. Ever checked the ingredients of Worcester Sauce? Haggis? Pasties? There is a shit load of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and so on in the deserts and shit like that also.

There is more to seasoning than shitty, dried chili powder in packets mate.

Cryptocurrency entrepreneur who bought banana art for $6.2 million, eats the fruit in Hong Kong

QuoteHONG KONG -- A cryptocurrency entrepreneur who bought a piece of conceptual art consisting of a simple banana, duct-taped to a wall, for $6.2 million last week ate the fruit in Hong Kong on Friday.

Chinese-born Justin Sun peeled off the duct tape and enjoyed the banana in a press conference held in The Peninsula Hong Kong, one of the city's priciest hotels, in the popular shopping district of Tsim Sha Tsui.

"It tastes much better than other bananas. Indeed, quite good," he said.

Justin Sun (above) recently "invested" $30M in Liberty media which resulted in $15M going directly into the pocket of Donald J. Trump. The US SEC are chasing Justin Sun over some shady financial deals. I wonder if...

Last week I made this moussaka:

That looks delicious

Had meatloaf for dinner again.

Me and my dad love it.

I use a pork and beef mince instead of just beef, mostly because it is cheaper.

But it tastes amazing.

Man, when it comes to meatloaf, a 2/3 beef and 1/3 pork is the way to go - makes it absolutely delicious! For some god forsaken reason, in the last 6 months or so, I can't find fucking ground pork at any store near me, so I've had to substitute it with ground turkey - still good, but not AS good!  :(

Is the local butcher not an option?

Beef/pork mix is better with everything tbh. I use it for chili, pasta and whatever else.

Probably wouldn't work for burgers though.

Probably is, I am just very impatient and hate standing in lines. So I typically just go with whatever is pre-packaged. But now you've got my curiosity up - I'll ask a butcher what the deal is with the lack of ground pork on the shelves the next time I've got a chance.

They are addictive. What do you eat them with?

I love them with the yoghurt mint sauce.

Any fresh yoghurt sauce, depending on the ingredients I have, preferably mint or lemon
