Howdy, folks. I suddenly realized lately how much I missed the forums I grew up frequenting 20-odd years ago (shockingly, most of them didn't last 20 years!  ) and went a'googlin'. This was the first spot that looked alive and peaceful, so here I am. I'm a compulsive media consumer and veteran critic of such things. I'll probably gravitate towards those topics. Looking forward to get to know you cool customers and talk some good stuff, like top-10 lists and movie reviews and the like.

Hi there! Welcome! Nice to know our little community - which has only been in existence for less than 2 years - is already coming up top of some searches. That's pretty impressive. Hope you'll like it here; we're pretty relaxed, though the politics threads can get a bit heated, as you might expect. We have a pretty decent thriving movie community, so hopefully you'll find some like-minded souls there. But wherever you choose to explore, let us know if there's anything you need. We're a cozy little community here, and while we're only 2 years old a big portion of the community came here from an older community with a history that stretches back over 20 years. Kristiansand in Southern Norway here and on the edge of town 🙂 not quite rural, but rurality or or ruralness is relatively close by. By car, you can get to a lot of wonderful places here and very quickly too.
