I mean, it does seem like the post is hyping that video up a bit to me.  Certainly unacceptable but still fairly tame in today's climate.  There was just recently a story where some Miami Jew shot at 2 people walking down the street who he believed to be Palestinians. 

Turns out they were Israeli Jews of Mizrahi origin.  They survived the attack and ironically enough attributed the attack to antisemitism, and posted something about "Death to the Arabs" in response. Can we try to imagine for just a second what kind of press that story would have gotten had the shooter actually been Arab or Muslim?

So again,  not justifying it.  But if this kind of shit is the best example they have then it's pretty clear to me the double standard on display.

I don't think it's supposed to be the best example nor do I see why we have to have a competition over who is the biggest victim but I'm glad you at least condemned it.

Just to be clear, I don't condone this action. Is it AI-generated? Perhaps, but probably not. I will say it's not an item on today's news, as I just checked. Not everything will be of course, but I would have thought something like this would have made the news. I don't agree with Jews attacking Palestinians or Palestinians attacking Jews, or anyone claiming to speak for either group attacking the other. But the video does hype up the "Irish are antisemites" which has already been said, and I stand by the fact that using far left with pro-terror (next I suppose is pro-hate) is superfluous - saying far left would have been enough.

There's no excuse for any such attacks, but unfortunately Ireland isn't free of its bigots either. Are these people Irish citizens, or are we just the backdrop for a clash of peoples who hate each other?

I do tend to treat with a little skeptism stuff posted on social media; I prefer to see it confirmed by the national news/press before I jump to any conclusions. I'm not saying it was a false flag, but there is that possibility. Some people have very much a vested interest in stoking hatred and bigotry. Is there a follow-up/conclusion to the story?

Okay thanks for that. Must have only gone up in the last hour. Absolutely shocking as I say, but unfortunately it will turn out I'm sure to have been some extremist group behind it. What's happening to my country? In fairness, I'm sure that this is happening in every country. I can sort of understand people not intervening - I would say they just didn't want to get involved in the same way as people don't when there's a fight or a row, nobody wants to intervene. I don't think it can be taken as supporting these scum or agreeing with their views on Jewish people. As well as that, whatever group or people are behind this probably hoped it would escalate, but at a bare minimum those cunts should have been kicked out of the restuarant: that's not acceptable behaviour anywhere. I'm surprised they weren't thrown out.

It's inherently a competition.  It's a propaganda war,  and that post reads like a pretty typical example of Zionist pearl clutching over "extremists" that are some of the least scary militants I've ever seen, all in the service of still getting to hold the victim card while defending a genocidal state. It's very difficult for me to just nod and condemn when the game that's being played is so utterly transparent.
