Yes I think there are real questions. Seems she may have had some psychological issues that made her vulnerable to prosecution.

Neil O'Brien MP, has a new piece on what ails Britain. He's a conservative, and of course in opposition, which is always a great time to highlight the failures that need fixing, even if you had a hand in creating said failures. Politicians do it all the time. That said, better they're highlighted than hidden, the sooner they can be fixed. Five major failures (as he sees it) building upon each other. Mind you, these are not all unique to the UK.
