Lets use this thread to track our progress throughout 2025.

We are gonna start it off with current stats.

You can choose as much or as little stats as you want to provide along with a before pic if you are feeling brave.

Still working on tightening up those moobs but also want to focus more on arms to get rid of the flabs underneath. Got some work to do but not discouraged in the slightest. I have the discpline/habit down of consistently going to the gym. Just need to lock in this year.

I was this cool the whole time.

I need to think of my goals for January still. Im at 159 pounds now and have a flabby stomach still a bit. I am going to lose more fat but maintain same weight and get to a lower body fat percentage. I am going to work on lifting going into 2025 also.

Love the thread. I'll post later.

Are you going straight to marathon? Not doing a half or 5k leading up to it?

I made the suggestion to do a half marathon to a female friend of mines and I'm sure she was offended by that suggestion. Idk I think it's an okay suggestion.

I had hopes of training for a marathon but I wasn't going to skip the process and go straight to full marathon.

I was this cool the whole time.

nah, i'll be working my way towards being able to run 4 hours straight. i did run 6 miles straight two weeks ago. im going to try for 10 miles straight next

I'm not sure how I'll run 10 miles straight when it's snowing and cold outside. 40s temps are okay but 30s temps not really at all.

I don't want to do 10 miles on the treadmill too, I don't even think that is allowed here too

I guess I'll just wait for a warm day and try for it

@DJChameleon
Since you made this thread, I wondered today how your journey is going?

My foot arch is hurting lately so I can't run much. I did that 3 mile timed run sunday but the foot hurt right after a half mile and I just figured it would be worth the pain to finish. It hurts enough now to not be able to run.

Im struggling to get even 15k steps nowdays and months ago I was easily getting 25k-30k a damn day! Im lifting way more but the steps and way down.

It's slow going because I felt sick for almost a month starting from Mid December til Mid January. I'm back on a streak though from last week. Back up to my five days a week with two rest days.

I was this cool the whole time.
