Yeah, it definitely can be, though how much is probably dependent on each person's skin situation. I don't do it as often as I should, but combined with other steps of a skincare routine it can certainly have a noticeable effect.

You are only supposed to exfoliate like maybe twice a week if that. So I think you are fine if you do it only once a week or once every two weeks.

Once a week is what I've normally done, but when I started my laser treatments I had to account for the offset of time needed for my face to heal and that kinda knocked me off schedule. The treatments are done as of now though so I should be able to find a good rhythm for it again.

These are all cheap and very highly regarded in the fragrance community.

It used to be a big hobby of mine but not so much these days.

My favourite one for summer is L'Eau D'Issey.

damn you know a lot of them. I know the adidas kind but its a cheaper one and I had it in high school.
