By the way, thanks to those reporting these! Makes me get to them a little faster.

@Trollheart my method so far, if they post, is to delete all posts and then permban on username/email.

I haven't banned IPs because I thought these get cycled anyways, but maybe that's been a mistake. I also have chosen banning over account deletion because I've guessed that if a bot comes here with no account, it'll just create a new account, but maybe if it has a logged in cookie to a banned account, it'll end up doing nothing.

I might dig for some guidelines on how to best handle this.

Seems a lot of the spam is coming from this account: @EdithPsync . It's been posting in my subforum and I've been doing my best to delete the posts as they come, but if @Guybrush or @Trollheart would be so kind as to drop the banhammer on that account it would probably be most efficient. Thanks in advance!

So many spambots. I'm gonna prune them now and instate Google's capcha method.

I didn't want to, but seeing as you guys keep clicking these porn links, it's just gonna draw in more spambots until we're overwhelmed!

Bah, couldn't make the recaptcha work.. But have implemented more strict measures.
