I've added a simple way to add star ratings to a post, such as a movie, book or album review.

We had a period of poor response and I suspected it might be due to the Guest tag. I've disabled it for now and will do some testing on our test forum.
Another period of poor response, but it seems to somehow be connected to FTP activity?
I don't see how that could be, but I've disabled FTP just in case (sFTP only) and things seem to be running smoothly again. Will reactivate Guest since it was not the perpetrator of this horrific crime.
Forums are btw up and running. Consider the current layout and number of forums a suggestion.
Made some preliminary badges/icons for admins, global mods and our new members group called old timers.
We have a secret forum available to those with higher post counts, but I want that to be available to people we know who came in from other forums, hence the new group.

Made a membergroup for the SCD film club sporting a popcorn badge
Have fixed a few things:
- Changed the name of moderators to curators in the theme / template files, although "moderator" is bound to turn up here and there still
- Some smileys were added (poop, puke, devil, rage)
- Some IPs were overflowing from the user area under avatars into post space. This was only visible to admins / global mod. I edited the theme to create a link to show IPs instead of them always appearing.
- I believe I've fixed the problem of scrollbars in posts, at least in default theme. Just added two BRs immediately after post content when displaying (display template)
I set up a thread graveyard in a new section (Archive). I made a new membergroup for curators so they can see the Administration forum and also so they can curate the Thread Graveyard. My thinking is if a curator sends a thread to the graveyard, they should be able to undo that decision if they regret it later.
Renamed the group Curators to Ghouls since one of the main purposes of that group was to allow moderation of the thread graveyard.
This means curators can show off their Ghoul status if they want (click your avatar to bring up your menu, then choose
my groups Account Settings and set Ghouls to primary).
Inside the forum they curate, the curator title and badge will be shown instead.

Weirdly, admins are able to do this the way I first described, but others not.
Removed the Welcome forum and moved the two topics that were in there to The Lounge.
Created new forum The Abyss and a opt-in membergroup, Divers, that is able to see it and post in it.
The Abyss is no more; has been removed and its announcement moved to the graveyard. Divers are gone, but may reemerge at a later point. Who knows?
Abyss-threads have been moved to The Lounge and Secret.
To those who were not part of Divers, The Lounge got a bit more morbid all of a sudden. 💀

At present, it is called Fit Forumistas.
Check your personal menu by clicking your tiny avatar at the top of the page and check My groups.
Changes to Old Timers and a new membergroup: Keeper of Secrets
I changed the Old Timers membergroup to MB Veterans and changed the icon into musical notes. The reason I did it was I feel like it better communicates what's special about these users.
I've also created another group for faster access to the Secret forum, Keeper of Secrets. I will migrate the current MB Veterans into this group as well. A Keeper of Secrets is a member that we trust enough to let into the Secret forum. If someone betrays that trust, they can lose their status. Or that's the idea.
Currently the Keeper of Secret's insignia (or more boringly member icon) is the tudor rose as the rose symbolizes secrecy.
Membership is generally appointed, but members can also apply for membership. To apply, click your avatar top right and see My Groups (https://scd.community/index.php?action=profile;area=groupmembership;u=1) in the menu.
I set up Keeper of Secrets as quickly as I could before I had to be someplace and of course granted it access to EVERY forum, including the hidden admin ones. Then I was gone for hours. I don't mind too much and at best, it may have amused some of you.
