I couldn't believe our media in the US seemed to largely accept that Prigozhyn was just going to be exiled to Belarus and live in peace and harmony instead of...y'know....being taken prisoner by Russians in a secret location and then tortured to give out names and information until he had expended his use and then be killed in a 'freak accident'.

But who knows, after all, all of the camera's in Epstein's jail happened to just die at the most crucial moment, so crazier things have happened.

Suspect in Oregon escapes custody and eludes police in chase while fully restrained in shackles, driving a minivan

Oregon State Police are searching for an attempted aggravated murder suspect who managed to escape custody while shackled at the arms, legs and stomach, and who fled a hospital in a Dodge minivan.

 "At the time of his escape, he was fully restrained with leg shackles, a belly chain, handcuffs, and a restraint connecting all three together," police said. "He was wearing a white t-shirt, maroon sweatpants, and black rubber slippers."

Pray, who is considered to be extremely dangerous, was in custody at the Multnomah County jail on several serious charges, including attempted aggravated murder, and had been transferred to the hospital on Wednesday.

Pray is believed to have escaped after stealing a white 2016 Dodge Caravan with Oregon license plate E265614, police said.

Pray then "eluded law enforcement southbound on Interstate 5. Law enforcement terminated the pursuit due to safety concerns and Pray was not apprehended," police said.

His whereabouts are unknown and law enforcement is asking anyone with information to contact them.

How does one even develop a 'clown fetish'?  I'm genuinely curious.

I stopped asking this type of questions after learning about the guys who beat off to cartoon characters or cereal mascots. Though maybe this one is slightly weirder cause it's not as clearly a function of living in the digital world as the Sonic fetishists or whatever.

I always wondered why Sonic in particular attracted so much of that kind of stuff. I liked the games a lot, so I used to browse a lot of online Sonic fan sites back in the late 90s. And then Deviantart came out and I watched a generation of internet users come out as furries in real time.

There's a guy I'm friendly with in my local community who is an out and proud furry, he has a full black and neon green fox fursuit looking like Star Fox got a sponsorship from Monster Energy.

Is that called furries too? Cause I mean however goofy the whole furry thing is, if I understand correctly those people are having sex IRL with like-minded individuals? So it's like closer to "cosplay"?
