If I may throw my own hat in the ring... I'm pretty sure my old college band's music no longer exists online, but I recently went through some files on an old hard drive and found some of our ridiculous track titles. Here's a few highlights.

"Workplace Accident at the C&C Music Factory"
"Samuel L. Jesus"
"I'm Going to Use Everything I'm Saying Right Now as the Title of This Song"
"Buffalo Buffalo Buffalo Buffalo Buffalo Buffalo Buffalo"
"Another Song with an Overly Long Zany Title to Distract You from the Fact That It's Total Scenester Shit"

We thought we were so clever, haha.

I can't recall the name of the artist (some country dude I think) but I loved this:
Only Myocardial Infarction Can Break Your Heart.

And of course Caravan have some semi-funny (if a little dated) album titles:

If I Could Do It All Over Again, I'd Do It All Over You
For Girls Who Grow Plump In The Night
Cunning Stunts

I've always like the combination of the title and image on that one.

On a similar note, this one has always cracked me up:

The title, if you can't read it, is The Cocaine Wars: 1974-1989

You know, I lurked on The Other Site for 15 years and I can't recall ever seeing anyone ever mention Killdozer. They're hometown heroes where I live, I was lucky enough to see them at a festival here after they reunited in 2008.

Some of my favourites so far:-

Psy-Fi's --She's Actin' Single, I'm Drinkin' Double and Small Flowers Crack Concrete
ribbons'-- Orange Was The Color Of Her Dress, Then Silk Blue and Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone?
Guybrush's --Weasels Ripped My Flesh

...and here are some I like:-

Pink Floyd - Atom Heart Mother and Astonomy Domine
Super Rail Band - New Dimensions In Rail Culture
Soft Machine - Out Bloody Rageous and Dedicated To You But You Weren't Listening
Van Morrison - Inarticulate Speech Of The Heart

Klaatu - Calling Occupants Of Interplanetary Craft
Gryphon - Red Queen To Gryphon Three

Actually, once you start the list just goes on and on, so Beefheart, Dylan and others must wait for another day.

^ That works, because when you read the title, you just have to listen to the song!

Incredible String Band had some decent album titles imo: Be Glad For The Song Has No Ending and Liquid Acrobat As Regards The Air
