Hello, I'm Drjohnrock.  I just joined this board.  I was, and still am, on MusicBanter, and am primarily interested in posting about music.  If anyone wants to know where I'm coming from musically, they can check out some of my posts on MB.  Or not.  Whatever.  It's a free country, and all that.

The guy from New Orleans that's no longer with us?  Some of his stuff. But the name comes from when I used to do some DJ work on the radio.  A co-host of a show I was doing hung the "Dr. John" on me, and I would introduce myself at the beginning of shows as "Dr. John, The Rock And Roll Doctor."  My user name is a truncated form of that.
